EECC was presented at Tanga Region, during the opening day of EMERGENCIES AND CRITICAL CARE TRAINING AND CAMP to All Tanga health Providers working in EMD, OPD, and different WARDS with help from JAI and EMSA.
Essential Emergency and Critical Care (EECC) focuses on the simple, lifesaving actions that ensure critically ill patients are identified early and treated promptly, no matter where they are in the hospital. Because critical illness does not only happen in ICUs or HDUs, it happens in emergency units, outpatient departments, and wards every day.
By strengthening EECC knowledge and skills among frontline providers, Tanga is taking an important step toward making lifesaving care accessible to every patient who needs it, at the right time and in the right place.
